Short Work
"Moldy Thoughts"
A journal recovered from the ruins of Miami provides us with one of the best first hand accounts of an individual infected with the White Death. It's, owner, "AJ", is a recluse who contracts the disease and swiftly deteriorates, recording it all within these pages.
"Snowfall"
Sawyer Osberg writes his final thoughts as earth freezes underneath a blanket of endless snow.
"Rusted Bones"
Humanity's scientific hubris has led to a world overrun with genetically modified monsters, twisted cyborgs, immortal demons, and terrifying cults, while the few humans who haven't devolved or been cursed are hunted due to their untainted organs. Frank, a cyborg who works as a contract killer and is ready to retire, accepts as his final target a shapeshifting drug dealer and quickly finds himself far deeper than he ever intended to be.
"The Babylon Engine"
In the distance reaches of space, a long-forgotten machine built by a collapsed galatic empire sends its first message in thousands of years, announcing that its purpose will soon be complete. A scouting ship is sent to negotiate and identify just what this purpose is.
"Keaton's America"
President Keaton has announced his great act to solve this great nation's two greatest problems, crime and immigration, with one fell swoop. His first act on taking office implants a tracking chip into the spine of every criminal who passes through the justice system, before turning them loose to be hunted by the country's own fair citizens, and promising an instant cititzenship for any immigrant who completes a bounty. Cullen and his best friend Kevin decide, in the spirit of entrepreneurship, to capitalize on this by catching and torturing criminals on camera. Because We the People have been cheated for too long, and it's time we took a stand for justice.
"The Straight and Narrow Path"
Wallace Singer is on a walk one morning when he stumbles on his neighbors constructing a time machine in order to evade an agency that has been pulling our planet along on puppet strings, and do not like being stolen from. The neighbors, a mad scientist and a defecting Agent, make Wallace quite the compelling offer: they can either kill him now, or he can keep his mouth shut and tag along on their temporal escape. Wallace finds himself desperately trying to outrun Them while discovering that all of history seems short of crevices to hide in. As long as there has been society, They have been here. Maybe even before.

Current Events
My current goal for 2026 is to write one story a month, without looking back or doing very much editing. I will then edit this body of work into something more presentable in 2027. For now, everything on this page is in its rough, first draft form. I'm unfortunately a little bit behind right now, as I only have six stories finished instead of the ideal seven, but I'm working on it nonetheless.
